As an additional building block for your retirement provision, we are introducing a fully employer-funded supplementary pension.

at zero cost

As of 01.12.2022, we will pay you a salary module worth € 50 per month in addition to your previous gross salary, which for you is gross = net.
All employees thus receive an annual net- toplus in the amount of €600. Depending on the tax bracket, this corresponds to a gross bonus of up to approximately €1,200 per year.
The Wissing pension is financed from this amount with an annual contribution of up to approximately € 1,200.
The Wissing pension is represented by its own pension fund – 100% statutory insolvency protection – which is open to all employees. Each receives a direct commitment from the pension fund.

What makes Wipa?
We used to be ridiculed when we exhibited at trade fairs. WIPA, the underdog from Stadtlohn, seen as a “short-term phenomenon”. Today we can say: “The boys from Stadtlohn” have seen many come and go – we are still here. And quite far ahead: As a first-generation family business (with the second generation in the starting blocks), which has been active in plant engineering and special machine construction since 1994 with a good 100 employees and worldwide national agencies and subsidiaries – specializing in the recycling of plastics.
